The following marks shall remain the property of Nelson Business Systems, LLC: Handshake Logo, Block N with "g k" logo, Nelson Business Systems, LLC, GK Nelson Design, Your Business...Better, ExpreSite and ExpreSite "swoosh" logo, NBSmartialarts.com, NBSmartialarts, NBSmartialarts.com with swoosh characters logo, Swoosh Guy and "Big Solutions for Small Business" and slogan design.

All articles, files and other documents produced and designated as "draft," "preview," "proof," or otherwise designated for the purpose of reviewing a project in part or in whole shall remain the property of Nelson Business Systems, LLC until the project is approved by the client and payment has been made in full and in a timely manner to Nelson Business Systems, LLC. The Client's ownership of the final project shall be limited to the use and management of the completed project as it was delivered. All design, programming and other foundations for the work produced shall remain the property of Nelson Business Systems, LLC.

The Client agrees to grant to Nelson Business Systems, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to license, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) you submit by means of online forms, email, phone, fax, or any other means. You also grant to Web Design Studio the right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials, completed projects and other information as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional material. You agree that you shall have no recourse against Web Design Studio for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to Nelson Business Systems, LLC.
